Manufacturing Process

Raw materials

The first step in the manufacturing process is the selection of high-quality raw materials.

Heating

The steel billets are then heated in a furnace at a temperature of around 1200-1300°C.

Rolling

The heated steel billets are then rolled into thin strips using a rolling mill.

Quenching

The rolled steel strips are then quenched in water at a temperature of around 900-1000°C.

Tempering

The hardened steel strips are then tempered in a furnace at a temperature of around 500-600°C.

Cutting & bundling

The tempered steel strips are then cut to the required length using a cutting machine
